Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at The Beading Company.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

 

Returns 

You have 7 days to email The Beading Company and a following 7 days to return the items from the date of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Refunds 

Once your items have been received and inspected, we will notify you and commence the refund. 

You refund will be sent to your original method of payment and this will arrive within a short period of time ( depending on your banks policies ). 

 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items.
